Good timing is everything! For the past 4-5 weeks we have been showing all kinds of property.
Almost every day and 2-3 different clients. Offers are being made! Engineering scheduled!

Then SNOW SNOW SNOW!
Winter Horses
Now what!
Snow on roofs, frozen pipes
and lost electric.

We will have to wait for roofs to dry, electric to come back on and owners to clean up and make repairs.

Now we need to make sure the buyer
still wants to move forward.
Sometimes when things get delayed buyers
get remorse and get cold feet and back out.

Hope you are having as good a time as I am watching the SNOW kill my month.

Those of you in the south please send me some warmth, Please!!!!

LOL, I remember those days and weeks, and months.  That is why I moved to sunny Arizona.  We have two to three weeks of winter and it MIGHT get to freezing.  The snow stays in our mountains wher we can go see it and play in it.  Don't miss working and driving in it one bit.

You're bringing back memories of the last time we had that kind of winter here in North Idaho.

We got around, because the snow plows were running full time, but some roofs went down. One in particular - a school gymnasium. Instead of hiring people to shovel it, they hired an engineer to tell them if it was strong enough to hold all that snow. He said it was - he was wrong.

Here is warmth from Texas.  I am originally from Chicago and miss seeing snow.  It is nice to visit, but when it sticks around it sucks.

I will take a little of it if that helps. But so much? No thank you.

Well, we got 35 inches of snow overnight, and it took us 4.5 hours to dig out, even with a big snow blower! Worse yet, we had several showings cancelled and had to cancel several of our own, too. But ya can't fight Mother Nature, all you can do is roll with the punches and get up when you're knocked down!

I had to reschedule 2 inspections today for next Saturday and one on Sunday is postponed due to the heat not functioning and the contractor couldn't get there to fix it.  Looks like next week will be chock full!

Try to think of it as a great time to catch up on paper work and blogging.
