LOL, I remember those days and weeks, and months. That is why I moved to sunny Arizona. We have two to three weeks of winter and it MIGHT get to freezing. The snow stays in our mountains wher we can go see it and play in it. Don't miss working and driving in it one bit.
OK, it is still snowing here and we already have 2 feet of it! I hope there will be all kinds of help out there because I can't even open my door to get out to shovel!!!
Hi Thomas, we would send you some warmth if you would quit sending those Canadian cold fronts! lol Be safe!
You're bringing back memories of the last time we had that kind of winter here in North Idaho.
We got around, because the snow plows were running full time, but some roofs went down. One in particular - a school gymnasium. Instead of hiring people to shovel it, they hired an engineer to tell them if it was strong enough to hold all that snow. He said it was - he was wrong.
We had a terrible snow storm 4 years ago..4 feet...thought we would get some snow here in WV...but today it is sunny...may get snow next week.
Its a beautiful Planet we live on. At least we have life no matter what the circumstances.
Here is warmth from Texas. I am originally from Chicago and miss seeing snow. It is nice to visit, but when it sticks around it sucks.
Well, we got 35 inches of snow overnight, and it took us 4.5 hours to dig out, even with a big snow blower! Worse yet, we had several showings cancelled and had to cancel several of our own, too. But ya can't fight Mother Nature, all you can do is roll with the punches and get up when you're knocked down!
Snow, in moderation is a good thing... it looks like you over-indulged. lol
The Christiansen Team-we are very busy, hopefully it will stay this way.
Ed-Sorry, we only had about 18" with about 2.5' drift.
Mike & Eve-I would not miss it either, but I enjoy the house prices in lower New York.
Meliisa-Let's get out the hair dryer, not melting any time soon.
Ric-Arizona here I come!
Paula-Thank You, where are you located?
Bob-DEAL!!!!!
Marte-Wow Hope we have none of that here!
Rebecca-Hope it is nothing like this was!
Ron-That's what I have Positive Thinking!!!
Rob-Thanks for the warmth!!!
Hella-Yeah, we didn't need this much at all!
Pat & Wayne-Wow!! We did not get that much but got the same results.
Sandy-Yeah Hope I get back on my diet!
Please stay warm and safe. I hope that the storm doesn't disrupt you for too long.
Lynn-Thank You
I had to reschedule 2 inspections today for next Saturday and one on Sunday is postponed due to the heat not functioning and the contractor couldn't get there to fix it. Looks like next week will be chock full!
Rafi-Good luck with the Inspections. My cancellations were just showings.
Try to think of it as a great time to catch up on paper work and blogging.
Gene-Would be a good idea, but paperwork all at office! Oops!!!
Hope that was the last storm for the year, we can't afford any more rock salt.
I hope so to!!!
