I would like to introduce my dear friend, Lynn B. Friedman, REALTOR/Broker at ODAT Realty Services, Atlanta, GA. Lynn contacted me via ActiveRain about an up-coming sale in Honolulu. Earlier we had taken our ACRE ® training together 
(Accredited Consultant in Real Estate). We discussed the idea of my helping her close friend sell her home in Honolulu. The friend and her husband were selling their home after enjoying Hawaii for 20+ years. Moving after living in the same home over two decades isn’t an easy task, even if you stay in the same city. This was a big change since the couple was moving over 5500 miles away to Atlanta!

We worked really well together and both of us felt we met the Client’s needs. With the assistance of Lynn's uninterruptable encouragement, we Listed and we Closed. It was not easy since the Client was a “hands-on” person at every turn in the road! At 79 years old, she was finishing floors by herself and that’s just the beginning of a long story! It was made easier with Lynn's positive attitude.
Together we kept the balance as the process went from discussion with the Client to Listing and to the Closing! Then Lynn helped them get settled in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. She helped them find the right place to live after the big move. Lynn’s main focus is on the Buckhead Peachtree Road corridor. The other neighborhoods she enjoys serving include the Westside, Midtown, Loring Heights, Underwood Hills and Buckhead North. Of course, that corridor leads to the smaller cities of Brookhaven, Chamblee and Doraville.
Why did I want to write about Lynn? Not because of her professional credentials which include Short Sale/CDPE or all the designations she has gotten. I am writing about her because if you are thinking of of buying or selling in the Atlanta area, you MUST contact Lynn FIRST. She will help you attain your real estate goals!
