As the inventory of homes for sale in the Naples FL area continue to be the lowest in years, buyers find themselves with limited choices.  Keeping an eye out for new listings is the only way to find that home.  Though we get a decent number of new listings every day, it seems an almost equivalent number of contracts are written, keeping the inventory at these low levels.  Here is what got listed in the Naples FL this week (Price Range of $300,000 to $7M):

We're finding low inventories here too, and it's not easy finding homes and condos to show our clients...

Ellie, that's great news that inventory levels are down, down, down.  While it doesn't sound like it's flipped from a buyers' market to a sellers' market, if trends continue soon sellers may have the upper hand.  Perhaps its time to purchase in the Naples Florida market before the tide turns!!!  If I hear of anyone that is looking in the area, I'll be sure to make sure they contact you.

BTW, the pet friendly community issue is huge for me personally.  Everytime I go looking for a home, no one seems to know if the community will accept pets, if so which ones (dogs or cats) and how many.  Bravo for putting that up front.  Is there any chance you post more about which are and which aren't ... or is that your "trade secret"!!!

Larry/Sheila, Last Wednesday we had a total of 83 new listings that day and we had 89 go under contract... it is a race to the good properties, because we do have our share of the unattractive and overpriced.  Doesn't leave much for the serious buyer.

Stephen, you are ahead of me by a couple of days... planning a post just about pet friendly... our search tool on our website has a pet friendly feature... also our website www.StepsTotheBeach.com has a section on the pet friendly communities, with details of restrictions on type of pet (building it as I go) ... they seem to favor, cats, birds and fish (I guess indoor pets - that don't roam the hallways or elevators)... who would have thought that you need permission for your cute little goldfish :)

Ellie, low inventory is always good for sellers. I love your response to Stephen on pet friendly communities. Very smart of you to have put it on your website!
