The revolving door syndrome is rampant in companies with any kind of split, like yours seems to have. You can and will never get top producing agents because they demand and deserve top dollar.

Well if you took the time to request any more information rather than just jump to conclusions you would realize that not only are our splits way higher from the very beginning than KW or Exit, they are way higher than the national average. The fees are also much less. A top producing agent can make more money with our company than either of the companies you mentioned even if they don't have anyone in their team. Not to mention we have state of the art technology, training, support and a culture of teamwork in our offices that allow an agent with any amount of experience increase their business. Our entire business model was designed with the agents in mind first and foremost. They make, as they should, the lion's share of the money. They recieve more in training, coaching, and technology for their dollar than any company I've ever heard of. This program is for everybody! And it benefits everybody.
