At Potomac Crossing Leesburg you can expect to find townhomes with total square footage from 1200 to over 3000 and single-family homes sized from approximately 1,900 square feet to nearly 4,000 square feet. All of the homes were built by Arcadia Builders starting in 1988 and finishing up in 2005. Since building began, many of the homes have been updated and it’s not uncommon to find homes that were built with unfinished basements that now have fully finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The smallest homes in Potomac Crossing start with 2 bedrooms while the larger homes have a maximum of six bedrooms with some of the floor plans offering a bedroom on the main level.
