I was reminded this morning by Dana Casey that I had written about:
STEP 1 OF MY 2013 MARKETING PLAN:
"And where is the next one?"
Thank you for the reminder because one presumes where there is ONE STEP, there must be MORE.
STEP 2 OF MY 2013 MARKETING PLAN:
Is what I entered into the contest, THREE THINGS MY WEBSITE COULD DO, can be considered that. However, when you read the 1st and the 2nd one, they are opposed.
OR ARE THEY:
STEP 1 - I concluded to go after more LISTINGS. (This was 80% of my income in 2012.)
STEP 2 - is where I go after BUYERS. (This was 20% of my income in 2012.)
What I am actually doing is MAXIMIZING my websites so that BUYERS land at my www.hellarothwell.com/IDX.html IDX/MLS page, and all from websites that I already have!!!
AND IT IS ALREADY WORKING!!!
WITH BOTH STEP 1 & 2 IN PLACE, I MAY OR MAY NOT INCREASE THE PERCENTAGE OF INCOME BETWEEN LISTINGS AND BUYERS, BUT HOPEFULLY THE COMBINED DOLLAR AMOUNT.
