This is the postcard that will be mailed to every single family homeowner in the town of Norfolk MA. We are now preparing our initial brochure that will be mailed to all potential buyers who want some information. Construction on the first spec home will start in March.

Along with our postcards, there will be a full page ad in the local Norfolk MA newspaper that will be dedicated to this subdivision. The newspaper ad will complement the postcard, and both will be available online.

Judith..... that's a great return on 400 homes..... when you list that home you need to really go full force and mail a just listed postcard....a sale pending when you have a signed agreement .....and another one sold by Judith Parker when it closes.....write a post about receiving a call... post a copy of the postcard and let everyone know that it really does happen.

Judith....it's good to share your success stories.... it will encourage others to test that method of marketing.... it may help keep an agent in business.... it's still tough for many who have not designed a marketing program that makes sense.... you could make a difference.
