Tried to make some new appointments for the ones that got cancelled due to the snow.
Only 3 of 6 were able to show.
The rest could not show because they are not dug out yet.How do you not get your home dug out
2 days after the storm?
Do you really want to sell your home?
It is tough enough to get appointments to show and now they seem to have more reasons they can not be shown.
Did you guys have these same issues today?
At times like these we feel very blessed. We do not have snow problems, ever.
Yes, it does seem that if selling was a priority, they would clear things out. Yesterday was pretty warm, too and today isn't too bad. But, maybe they are older, and maybe they figured no one would be out today looking due to all the snow.
Or, it could be that they just didn't have th house ready and using snow as an excuse. Too bad because today is prob. an ideal day given that people were stuck at home on Friday and some going stir crazy now.
Thomas, here in Ventura County, we don't have the snow issue to deal with but we do have our share of troubles getting making showing appointments.
Debbie-When they have to reduce the price again because they have not had any showings maybe they will not be so difficult to show.
Kathy-Sometimes they think they will sell so fast they don't need to accommodate everyone, well guess what they need to reduce the price again from lack of showings!
