This weeks market update for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 20.5 percent, for new homes up 8.7 percent and for resale condos up 19.0 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 21.9 percent and up 7.2 percent on condos and up 38.9 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 28.4 percent and the sales volume is up 12.0 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 20.7 percent and the sales volume is up 28.0 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 25.0 percent and the sales volume is up 49.2 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 6.3 percent and the sales volume is up 20.0 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 34.8 percent and the sales volume is up 28.3 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 37.3 percent and the sales volume is up 91.7 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 11.2 percent and the sales volume is up 2.7 percent.
We have been seeing positive numbers for a long time. This week is very strong for the whole county. All numbers are up including large number of sales in San Clemente, 92672. We are truly blessed
