Brian - We use a similiar service up here is MASS. It is a godsend because it makes it so easy to track your buyer clients and the homes that may be suitable for them. Good luck with it.

It's still hard for the A-types to let go of their direct searching.

SCOTT: That is true. Some people wish to be more hands-on. Not to worry... I've got ways for them to do that too.

I agree!!! With I think 13,000 (last I heard) on the market in this area...why would anyone want to go through that when you can have someone else do it for you!
