Successful Gun Buyback Events in Bernalillo and Santa Fe Counties

Since the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, both Santa Fe and Bernalillo Counties have held gun buyback events. These events are part of an initiative to take as many guns as possible off the street. In the case of residents of Bernalillo County, they receive a VISA Cash Card in return for their guns, no questions asked.
