Short Sales Drive me Crazy....

However, there is something that protects buyers. CAR introduced a new form in November last year (tells you how many offers I've written on short sales!) that my broker just made me aware of. The form I think goes a long way in protecting buyers from waiting and waiting to get their offers accepted.
