Just wanted to re-blog this so that more new folks had an opportunity to see Donna's "Top 10 Favorite Things About Active Rain"

I know when I first joined the Rain it took a long time to figure out why I was bothering but 13 months later I am addicted and Donna's Favorite things about the rain are mine too...

Congratulations to Donna...

Happy Day

Wahoo! I'm a HALF MILLIONAIRE!Let's Make Some Noise

And I could not have done it without all of you! I have been truly blessed by so many. My friends have written blogs, reblogs and comments to help PUSH me up and over the 500,000 point mountain.  Many thanks to Debbie Reynolds who got it started! (I better not forget to thank Suesan Jenifer Therriault for the final push! I would also like to publicly thank Debbie Laity who helped behind the scenes, commenting on some of my older posts.)

To celebrate this milestone, I thought I'd share my TOP 10 Favorite Things About Active Rain.

My Top 10 Favorite Things About Active Rain

1. The BEST Thing About Active Rain: Building Relationships
2. Learning and sharing with other Real Estate professionals
3. Having a place to write about Real Estate and Real Life
4. It Makes My Phone Ring (More to come on the subject)
5. Supporting One Another (I guess that's a direct result of building relationships, but I'm going to count it anyway!)
6. Meeting AR Members in person (OK, another sub category of building relationships!)
7. Referral Agents
8. AR Challenges and Contests (They help to keep me engaged!)
9. Reblogging Someone's Post (I get so much joy from this! I get extra points, they get extra points and I've shared something with others directly from the source! Awesome!)
10. The AR Leaderboard (Active Rain is a great way to gain exposure in the Real Estate Internet world and this is one way to gain more exposure)

Join In The PartyGeez, I thought I'd never get here.  It only took me 4 years!

Richard & Beth:  Thanks for re-blogging about Donna reaching her goal... and Congratulations to Donna on hitting her Half-Million Milestone.  Lots of hard work, but she did it.  I have been watching her last 9,000 points climb, and just knew she'd be there soon.

And... so cool of Debbie to be helping her... as the post said... "behind the scenes."

A way to help that many do not know about occurs when a post only has TWO comments.  Just two comments does nothing.  The threshold for additional comment points is three comments.  So, making that elusive third comment... is almost like writing three... cuz the first two are lost until the third one happens.
