21 Comments on Centerville Ohio 45458 Patio Homes: Somerset
Kathy, We had an buyer contact via our website this morning and that's what they want, patio homes with low HOA fees. No pools or clubhouses needed. They spend 1/2 the year out of state, so why have high fees for something they're not going to use?
Hi Bliz,You had me sold on the wonderful patio homes in Somerset when you stated that the shoveling of snow, and up keep of the landscaping would be done by someone else. These are some nice homes for seniors like myself to consider.
Jerry, They're most popular with the boomer generation, but you get some younger folks too who want a home without the hassle of outside maintenance.
For the absolute best selection of patio homes in Centerville, OH, call Liz and Bill of the Liz Spear team and ask them to show you around Somerset.
Wonderful feature, Bill. I know alot when in to preparing this pack full article about the patio homes in Centerville, OH.
These patio homes sound great. The low home owners association dues should prove to be attractive to a lot of people. So often people don't use the amenities and really don't want to pay for them.

Chris & Dick, And depending on features wanted, Somerset is more of an entry level patio home community. Also in the area are extensive golf course patio homes in Yankee Trace, and nearby is a 55+ community if that's a better fit.
Loreena, We've established our framework for our community posts, but it definitely takes some time to gather the photos and the information, create the custom map, etc. We want a nice finished product when we're done.
Betty, We've run into that many times, patio homes or not. Why do I want to pay for a pool I'll NEVER use?
BLIZ~ another stunning blog packed with helpful information featuring Somerset, congratulation making the home page- your blog will get tons of exposure on the home page :)
Jon, The good thing about these types of posts, with our without the Feature page notice, they'll stick around and get consumer interest. Our niche blog gets us more and more contacts, so they're doing their job :)
Bliz~ that is true..Blogging is all about exposure and I think it is fair to say the exposure is brighter on the home page, so , great job on another well deserved star. Enjoy all your stars they're (special) as you know!
Jon, True, the exposure is larger internal to AR, but honestly I don't think there's extra consumer juice. The odds of a patio home buyer for Somerset coming to the front page of AR in the less than 24 hours it's on the front page is a longer shot than playing a three legged pony at the track. The juice is in the long term staying power on the web. We'll take the stars as they come, but these posts are a long term investment in consumer attention.
I like it when others are rewarded for their effort, and I was just saying "way to go" But this has inspired a blog :)
BLiz: With spring coming soon, not having to do yardwork is going to appeal to many new buyers and Somerset looks like a good option for them.
Jon, Hopefully I didn't come across as other than intended! I appreciate the "way to go"! We try to keep a positive outlook on things and it tends to bring the same type of clients.
Anita, It certainly appeals to me!
Bliz, Low dues or No dues is a big hit in our area when it comes to Communities. Congrats on the feature. Another excellent Community report!
Bobbie, It really adds up. If you're not careful with considering HOA fees you've essentially added the equivalent of another mortgage payment a year.
Nice post on Somerset Ohio patio homes. Back here we just call them slab homes, and we have very few of them
Ed, There's not an overabundance of them here either, and they can be challenging to find. One reason we decided to work this niche.
BLIZ~ you're great and I respect your insight and its spot on. I really enjoy your blogs and feel they're really effective (home page or not) I love your blogs and I see the real value when a blog is formatted with consumer filled RE information. Your blogs are inspiring that I appreciate :)
Jon, We always try to provide value for anyone spending time with us. We operate under the assumption that any one post is the only post a consumer will read. It's a quick pass/fail test :) Thanks for the chat!
