Lenn, those homes are exquisite. For new construction the architecture has so much personality and style. Typically, I dislike NJ new construction. The builders here need to divert from the "McMansion" look. Really sterile and bland. Hate 'em! Yuk! Those homes you featured are gorgeous. And the settings are incredible! Good luck with them.

I'm jealous at the size of those homes at such reasonable prices in my opinion but I'm not an expert in your market but the homes look tremendous and that land!
