Continue to be the timely voice in your neighborhood. Homeowners are beginning to shuffle through their paperwork and search the web for any extra tax cuts they may be eligible for. Why not write a post about the rebates on energy-efficient items for the home. I can't tell you how happy it makes people when they are informed of tips that save them their hard earned money. Be that person!!
I've been doing this on my community Facebook page, but you're right... why not write a blog post. It doesn't have to be a long one.
