Don't Look Now... The Banks Are Feeling Even More Empowered!

By
Real Estate Agent with The Homefinding Center CA BRE #01344132

If you thought the banks were a handful to deal with when trying to get a short sale approved before... wait until you get a load of their attitudes not that the market is on the way up.

They don't need to help you.  If the process takes longer, or they end up foreclosing... they'll likely make more than your short sale offer that sits on their desk.

It's a sad state of affairs, and if you're a home owner it is sometimes confusing deciding who to turn to for help.

Though the air is getting thicker, there are still expert agents who can get the job done.  If you need assistance from a Corona short sale agent or Corona real estate agent, call the best team in the Inland Empire at 951-212-7479.

Hi Cameron, we have not noticed this trend yet, but as the market shifts it makes sense the process will change - again.

Cameron - it's still a painstaking process, and I think the banks should have a standardized process....
