Gain knowledge.
What is knowledge?
Understanding gained through experience

How does one gain experience?
Through active participation.
What are you actively experiencing in to gain knowledge? What are you learning? Who is that you mentor?
EVERYONE should be SOMEONE’s young grasshopper. And every young grasshopper, in return, should be someone else’s mentor.

Joni, mentoring newer agents has always been important to me. I love being there to teach them things.
