There were 17 homes on the February 5, 2013 Palos Verdes real estate Broker’s Tour. Most of them were new listings which we need! I was able to see 11 of the home homes in the allotted 2 hour open house window. We currently have 100 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from $499,900 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $10,990,000 in the City of Rolling Hills (the low in Eastview is $599,000).
