305 Ideal in Milan, MI 48160

On my last post, I announced my new listing, at 227 Ideal Street in Milan, MI. This is my second new listing this week in Milan, Mi. Yes, got them both in the same week and on the SAME STREET. I met these clients when they called me after seeing a home they liked on my web-site.

305 Ideal Street is a charming 1930's home with all the charm and character you would expect to find from the era. Beautiful living room with Oak bookcases, and beveled glass doors surrounding the fireplace. This home is within walking distance to schools, parks and downtown Milan, MI. It is priced to sell at 199,900 and 1900 Square feet.

I really want to sell this house so they can buy my listing at 2063 Whimbrel Ct. also in Milan, MI. Which would be their dream home. Eric is a dentist in Milan and his wife teaches school.

Oh, I think I like this one, too! This must an "ideal" street! This house is just full of charm. I love the awning over the porch.
