Thanks Elaine.  We find that fireplaces provide a great focal point in the room and that the coziness introduced by well placed furniture is key.

Thank you Cindy and Kim.  In regards to the accessories, we spend a lot of time in purchasing these items so that they help us create the look we are striving for.  We have found that a well-placed piece of artwork goes a long way in creating the WOW! Factor.

I love those rooms Jo!  I've always wondered, why it is that a fireplace makes us feel all warm and fuzzy, especially those of us who grew up never having a fireplace in our homes?
