Today I received a call from a Prospective Buyer who read my AR BLOG!

The caller informed me that she had read one of my blogs regarding the City of Carson, and her and her husband are starting the home buying process! Needless to say, I am super jazzed! This is my second call I've received from a prospective client (the other one was looking for a rental property). I'm even more committed to blogging on Active Rain, and it was a total confirmation that Active Rain will continue to be an essential component of my business plan!

The call was the best Valentine's gift I could've asked for (don't tell the hubby)! The only way I can describe my feeling is the song "I've Got a Feeling" by the Black Eye'd Peas!.
