The Columbus Market is down from this time last year, at least 20%. Prices have not dropped significantly but there are many more homes for sale. Since Mid January business has picked up.
Columbus Ga is growing and I hope you like what you see when you visit.
Klaus, great listing. I hope you sell it quickly. From the photos, you might want to advice the sellers to remove some items from the tops of their cabinets. It makes to kitchen area(which is one of the money make areas) look cluttered.
