There is a private boat launch and recreational area to utilize for Westcliffe community members only and there are several younger families moving into the neighborhood as well. Our family loves this home & its' wonderful lake surroundings and will cherish the fond memories we've experienced here, but it's time to move on. Our children are grown and next year all three will be in College and the house is just too large for two individuals.
