Hello Ronnie, Nice location! What are the dues on a property like that and what does that include?

Dues are 846 a month, pretty steep. Since Hurricane Katrina, all hurricane insurances on the islands went up dramatically. the largest single line item in the HOA fees are the Hurricane insurance. The fees cover the maintenance of the exterior, doors and roofs, etc. The fees also cover the maintenance of the lush grounds and the pool. Also included are water, refuse, basic cable, and i think that's about it.
