It's Hard Living on Commissions, No Matter How Much You Make...

And you can bet I know what it's like to solely depend on real estate commissions to provide a living for my family and me, and to prepare us for our financial future.....

You see, I decided to leave the vice presidency of a fine bank -- one that paid very well and offered a great future with great benefits and an excellent pension at retirement.

I did it so I could go on my own.

<<==Here I am at 30

No safety net.

No great amount of savings for I was only thirty years old!

And to increase the gamble even more, I went directly into the real estate brokerage business by opening a brand new firm in a city that had several successful agencies that dated back twenty-five years and more.

I had never so much as worked part-time as a real estate salesman, much less owned my own company with a cache of agents depending on me.

For the many decades thereafter, going through good times and bad, through the grace of God, hard work and the refusal in the beginning to throw in the towel when the market was bad, I accomplished my lifetime goals!

And decades later, I breathe easy and sleep like a baby at night.  The lines in my face are not from worry.  They're the ones that come naturally with age.

I've seen agent and broker, after agent and broker who, regardless of their sales success, were always panting and gasping for air because they didn't have a clue how to manage money.

Lots today, none tomorrow!

Many...in fact most....just gave up.

Maybe you're one of those.  Actually the chances are that you are, no matter how many years you've been in The Business.

So here's your chance to fix that problem for evermore......I'm here to help you make it true!

Why You Need a Wealth Management Coach.

  • Your own experience has shown you that you are making little progress in building your personal nest egg.
  • There are so many pieces to the wealth building puzzle, you’re not only sure how or where to begin, but you need your own personal step by step strategy
  • You’ve read books with catchy titles, heard self-appointed financial gurus on the radio and seen them on TV.  The problem is their plans and recommendations aren’t in concert with each other.  Consequently, you do nothing.
  • Your income comes from commissions.  Sometimes the money rolls in, other times it takes every trick you know to make a nickel.
  • You know that if you keep procrastinating, you’ll eventually find it is too late to make any measurable preparation for retirement.
  • You know it’s possible for you to direct your financial program whereby passive income investments can cover all of your monthly expenses, leaving you with current earnings for your enjoyment, and if you want, you can stop working all together.
  • You want the accountability to maintain focus on your financial goals so that all the distractions in life fighting for your attention no longer derail your plans for wealth.
  • You realize money coaching is a great value and a smart business decision because one bad investment avoided can pay for years of coaching with all the other benefits thrown in for free.
  • You’ve  tried traditional financial planning through a broker or insurance agent and found that the cost was high and the benefits lacking, leading you to the conclusion that all they want to do is sell you investment products.
  • You want real wealth, not just more money, so that your life during your working years you will not sacrifice health, family or fun.

Charles, I often wonder how many investors ask to see their stock broker's personal financial statement before they pick him/her?  Maybe you have; however, I can't tell you how many people I've asked that same question, and not a one of them has ever answered that he/she had.

One would wonder why anyone would trust the advice of someone who had either 1) not personally "bought" into the program or 2) had failed when he followed his own advice.

I bluntly asked one here in the Dallas-Ft, Worth area to see his.  He has been in the business for at least 30 years and is 70 years old.  He has a huge client base.  His net worth, including the equity in his home, was just over $40,000.  That of course was exclusive of his personal property like furniture, household goods, etc.

So let's assume you came to me as a client and said you were considering putting this fellow in charge of your brokerage account.  Is it worth paying me to tell you what you don't know, or would you rather take your chances?
