It's nuts here too, Endre. But I've had good luck with my buyers getting into contract and I'm grateful that a lot of local agents trust RPM and assign great validity to our pre-approval letters. Every little bit helps!

Thanks, Kathleen. This works and I've actually connected buyers with homes through it. The listing agents for those homes could be more grateful, and they tend to think the buyer just found the home on their own, but hey, a sale is sale and it's good for all of us. We enjoy doing it and these things tend to have a way of coming back around.
