why change is good

We think about the past five years, when many agents got involve with the industry not truely knowing how to serve there customers. This changing market will weed out all those that are ill equept to serve the buyer and seller's , and worst yet agents that are not willing to learn the skills needed to help improve their business.

It's not about the fast doller, but building a business to last a life time, a business of value. Do you Have a business that you can sell ? Then get started on it, take this new year to learn, and grow , it will lead you to success.

Edgar, I believe you're right. I've only been a agent for alittle over a year and I remember my instructor in class telling us that we would likely be a good crop of agents because we were going to have to work hard. I've seen some agents that were rolling a few years back seem to be giving up.

To help agents see value, and to aid them in building a business to last a life time. And to help them convey that value to the buyers and sellers they serve.
