Jane - A picture is worth a thousand words, so for those buyers who think the media, or agents are just making up the hype on multiple offers this open house with buyers lined up to see it, tells them it's not! I'm with you, under-pricing in this market isn't necessary, and seems cruel to get buyers hopes up, when they don't stand a chance.
