Hello All

New to the site and wanted to introduce myself. I am Steven Fishman CRMS, President of G.S. Group, Inc, Mortgage Services in Fairlawn Ohio. My company is offering many services to both consumers and agents. Currently we are very focused on Rehab loans primarily FHA 203K products.  Allowing prospective buyers the opportunity to both purchase and rehab a new property with one loan. There is the FHA 203k Rehab loan then there is the FHA streamline refinance so are you just running the terms together OR am I sleeping at the wheel and there is a new "FHA 203k Streamline" rehab loan?

This is a good market for the rehab loan for sure.

Yes 203K and 203K streamline are different programs

Does anyone know whom does the FHA 203k Loans on the Wholesale side of things, I am having problems finding a lender.

M & T Bank is actually the only wholesale outlet left that I am aware of.
