Sold Homes: 17 homes:

17 homes sold: 5 homes sold for less than $300,000, 4 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000 and 8 homes sold for greater than $400,000.

Pending Homes: 21 homes

the Average home sold for $403,117 at 95% of list price and days on market was 108

The East Greenwich RI real estate market update report is showing renewed buyer activity here which with low interest rates should continue through 2013. The home absorption rate indicates a balanced market right now which is a far cry from the market in 2012. At year end 2012, the number of home sales were up 36 % in 2012.
