So this weekend I am reading the paper and something catch's my eye. it's the 6 or 7th paragraph of this article

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/business/realestate/fl-waypoint-foreclosed-homes-20130218,0,3360799.story

the point in question is this statement ' In some cases, the firms are buying short sales and foreclosures that never make it on to local multiple listing services.'

HOW THE HECK DOES THAT HAPPEN

Really, I wonder how true that is? Is there some inside tract that is not being disclosed ?

Love to hear your views

Michael, remember not all licensed real estate brokers / agents are Realtors®.  So, the do not abide to the rules as established in most MLS, since those are regulated by Realtor Boards.  Just one thought!!  If it is a Realtor doing this, they may be in violation of the MLS rules and regs, but I am only referencing my area!
