I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 14 active listings. 2 homeslistings new this week; a traditional condo and a traditional sale town home. 5 homeswent under contract; a traditional condo and 4 traditional sale town homes. No homessold. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
