2013 is melting away like the snow!

Richard... It is funny that March is almost here. I've noticed the robins and sparrows around here are making a little bit more noise in the morning in anticipation of Spring. Some of the plants are actually starting to show buds and the grass is ever so slightly a shade greener. It seems here the home market is back in sink. Our area too is low on inventory, demand is high, and it's steady and getting busier. 

Love your post. It says what I would like to say. I think we are planned, set and on our way to be successful in 2013. So glad to see the economy improving.

I expect a lot of multiple offers in this coming season.  Not many homes coming on the market.  The shadow inventory never happened at least in my area and I don't see many vacant homes not for sale.

I think this winter might pass without me seeing even a flake of the white stuff... but that's okay with me.  I'm always happy to see spring arrive.
