The current owner hunts only on occasion and generally just for meat. My gut feeling is this farm could produce some great deer throughout the rut anywhere along the creek bottom. Overall, it's a great farm for the beginning investor providing overall excellent hunting opportunites with some income. Once the timbered areas are completely regenerated from pasturing and the undergrowth takes over in the next couple years, it will provide even greater trophy potential. |
