Today my daughter had my wife and me laughing so hard we were crying, because backwards or forwards it is all about perspective. This is a short story about my three year old daughter that I hope you find as funny as we did.

My daughter got some new princess underwear that she is pretty proud of, but she still doesn't get which is the front or the back. But, she came out in to the living room this morning with her pretty princess underwear on for the world to see and asked my wife and me, "Are these on right?" My wife said, "Sorry, sweetie they are on backwards"

This is where my wife and I started to laugh until we cried. My daughter in her three year old mind thought to herself for a second, and then turned around facing away from us and said "Is this right?"

If life was only that easy, backwards or forwards, I guess it is all a matter of perspective.

That is great. I love watching how the minds of my children work. It inspires me to develop creative solutions, or new ways of looking at the world.

That is so funny. I have a two year old that is beginning to get out of diapers, and I can see him doing something like this.

Todd, kids do say the darndest things!  Write this up in whatever book of childhood memories you pass onto her family when she's all grown up!

Todd, you're living the charmed life right now. They grow up all too soon.

LOL!  Enjoy those precious years.  Next thing you know the thoughts will be deeper like orthodontics acting as a "grill"

Todd - OMG  that is too cute!  She is an absolute doll!  Kids are so honest and sincere, it is a shame adults loose that sometimes.

Todd - Priceless!  Wouldn't it be great if we could solve real estate issues as easily as turning around and saying, "Is this right?"  Ya gotta just love the wisdom of three year olds!

Thanks so much for sharing this adorable story, Todd.

My daughter is 31 now and spends most of each year running around the world doing her thing as a DJ.;but everytime we get together I flash back to her getting ready for kindergarten all dressed up in her "hello Kitty" outfit. Never forget those wonderful "is this right?" moments.

Todd, she's adorable.  As they say, "Out of the mouths of babes ..."  I agree with Marlene.  It would be great to not only solve real estate issues this easily, but issues affecting the whole  country.
