Off the Grid at South Shore June 2, 2012 Evelyn KennedyThings to do in Alameda: Alameda South Shore Center and Off the Grid are back with more food trucks on February 23, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the South Shore Center parking lot near Petco.  Eight to ten trucks will including Curry Up Now, Fins on the Hoof, Hapa SF, House of Siam, Mayo & Mustard, Pacific Puffs, Seoul on Wheels, The Chairman and We Sushi.  Count me in.  Sooooo good.




Alameda's Farmer's Market photo by evelyn kennedyThings to do in Alameda:  The Alameda's Farmer’s Market is open to the public Saturday, February 23  and Tuesday, February 26 morning from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine.  I bought the most delicious artichokes on Tuesday.  So good.  Don’t miss the opportunity to shop for delectable fruits and vegetables.  The market is at Webster Street and Haight Avenue.
