Seriously, the house is well into foreclosure proceedings, the owner has already moved and does not care what happens, no payments are being made on the mortgage, the owner has no interest in a short sale, but if I can sell some of the junk in the house and at the property, then he would be delighted.

The amount needed to cover the debt on the house may be about $300,000, but the house is currently closer in value to about $225,000.

So take a look at the junk, I mean wonderful items, that we have available.

An above ground pool. 54 inch depth, 24 feet wide, comes with pump, cover, ladder, deck, and you can even take the water.

A 31 foot RV with generator.  Sorry, but someone already took the motor and transmission.
