Home sales in Parker for the month of January showed sales with an average 82 days on market (increase from December’s 76 days). The average sales price was $343,601 (an decrease from $315 from December) and sellers saw 98.08% to list price. There were 103 properties sold (from from 140 in December) total sales of single detached family homes. Real estate in Parker is starting out well for the New Year.!
