Sold Single Family (Homes, Condos) = 19 in last 6 months

Pending Sales = 47 (2 date back to September/November timeframe)

If you are looking to live in Weston Ranch, here are some home search considerations I recommend:

Plan ahead and find out what you can afford - always the first step

Find yourself an agent

More planning.... think about what you can live with and what you can live without

Figure out what type, style of home you are looking to purchase (home, condo, town home) upstairs or single story, split-level ranch, contemporary, etc.

Where do you want to live?  Location, Location, Location

Ask Questions - About the neighborhood, the construction of the house, the schools, property values in the neighborhood, how long will it take to get to work, why is this a good place to live, where do I shop, where is the church.

What size home do you want?  Square footage, how many bedrooms/baths, do you want a formal dining room, do you need an office, and what other specs are you looking for.

What other special features do you want? Do you want an adult community? Do you want a pool? Or will a community pool work for you?

Take notes (and even a camera if you wish) - Looking at a number of properties can lead to confusion about the features of each, jot down a few things you liked about it to jog your memory later on.

Compare properties you have seen - Keep a ranking on paper or in your head of the three best properties and rank them in order of desirability.

When you find the property you'd like to buy, make your offer as quickly as possible - If you like the property, someone else probably will also. Don't delay in asking me to write your offer.

The more you know what you want, the easier it is for the agent to narrow down the search and possibly the quicker you will land your new home.
