This weeks market update for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas from a Mission Viejo Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 16.7 percent, for new homes up 16.3 percent and for resale condos up 24.0 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 17.0 percent and up 9.1 percent on condos and up 80.4 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 20.6 percent and the sales volume is up 8.7 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 10.4 percent and the sales volume is up 10.3 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 15.9 percent and the sales volume is up 46.2 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 2.5 percent and the sales volume is up 16.4 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 46.6 percent and the sales volume is up 52.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 45.6 percent and the sales volume is up 13.8 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 11.0 percent and the sales volume is up 37.0 percent.
Sales prices are up across the board except for Laguna Niguel. Especially affectred are in San Clemente 92672 and Mission Viejo 92691 show nice increases. We are seeing all the cities above increase in sales volume increasing with the greatest increases in Aliso Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita.
