Pulled 2/2/2008, here are the most recent Active vs. Pending vs. Sold #'s. On a simple basis, we've got an 8 month or so inventory (975 Active w/122 Pending). However, some of those Pending will fall out, so next month we will be able to see just how many actually closed. (Note that we don't discriminate between when escrow was opened: could have been 1 day or 80 days ago.)
