The property is for a low-moderate income family: 80% of Dane County median income. I plan to update my listings as I learn from AR Members. I love the post for your Gorgeous Brick Davenport Home. (I am fairly new, so I really appreciate you taking the time to comment to me)

Hi Laurie, don't worry, it gets easy. One thing I do is cut and past my pictures from my web site where I always put a lot of pictures. Look at the one on Pinebury, that took about 10 min. to get on, but of course I had done all the work on it on my web site, or my assistant had. Also if you don't have a web site you have a lot of pictures on, do you have MLS that has pictures of your listings you took? You can do that easily also. The best way to get people coming to yours is to comment on theirs, not just here, but as you make friends add them as associates, and then you can pull up their blogs. Liz
