Bernalillo County Gun Buyback
After the Sandy Hook Elementary Massacre, the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department has embarked on a Gun-Buyback Program. Yesterday’s event marked their third and final event that they will conduct.
In yesterday’s buyback, they issued $40,000 in Gift Cards, and collected a to 175 handguns, 149 long-guns, and 2 Assault Rifles.
