1,2,3 and list, and gone!

It sort of sounds like a chant used by those working out to a Jane Fonda tape. In reality, it is our local market bulking up. We listed a property for $160,000 last Wednesday and by this past weekend we were under contract for more than the list price and without an appraisal contingency. Wow! There were at least 4 people bidding for this home.

When we worked up the numbers we thought we might be on the high side of correct. This means the home was worth the price, but we were iffy on the appraisal. Now we don't have to worry about that contingency. Our Sellers are thrilled and we have already had calls from the neighbors about listing their homes.

If you are thinking about selling, NOW is the time. We are moving into our traditional Spring selling season with very little inventory. Call me today and let's talk about getting your home sold!
