- Health - Know that choosing good health habits and exercise is an insurance policy from future heartache. It is NOT about minutes on the treadmill, it is about staying out of the hospital. Be smart in all areas of fitness and eating
- Relationship - best you can live most of your minutes with encouragers and positive people. Steer clear and dump the energy vampires
The reason the investment counselors say you can SLEEP at night with a certain investment is there is a TOLERANCE to how much stress you can take. Wildly risky strategies where it is like a double or nothing FINAL LOTTERY PICK gambit, well this is why people jump off buildings.
Stress in our lives is good at a certain level, to challenge us and help us grow. LIKE A RUBBER BAND, we can handle it. Muscles getting stronger over time. But peace of mind is like knowing how far that rubber band can be expanded and NO FURTHER.
