When Hiring a Home’s Stager Saves You Money
I was recently hired by an Active Rain Realtor, Justin Kiliszek to do a consultation for his clients who own a beautiful home, painted in neutral colors with tasteful furniture. So why hire a Morris County, NJ home stager? The house needed warmth, color and emotional connections so buyers could visualize themselves living in the home.
During the consultation I gave the sellers my recommendations and explained why it would cost less to hire me to stage their home, while greatly reducing their stress and save them time.
The sellers are a young couple with a baby, another one on the way, and they both work. Moreover, they only had 4 days to prepare for the MLS photos and open house.
While we staged the entire house in only a few hours (as it only needed accessories), these are the main rooms that truly benefited from staging:

Had the sellers purchased a home full of accessories it would have cost well over a thousand dollars. Moreover, it would have taken time and skill to coordinate all the accessories, something most people have a hard time doing, especially in a few short days. My clients where delighted with the results and asked me if I would help them redesign their new home………….once they find it.
