Can You Make My Three Wishes Come True?

The ActiveRain and WebsiteBox Contest is asking me to write three things I Wish My Website Could Do.

#1 I would like my website to be interactive like ActiveRain and easy to flip through the pages of my book Real Estate The Rome Way.
#2 I would like to write a contract from my website and be able to explain the 40 plus pages without having to go to another program for forms and digital signatures.
#3 I would like to have my weekly radio show All About Real Estate as part of my website with an easy way to get to topics already discussed on air.

Can you make my three wishes come true?

If I could have a fourth wish...I would like for my website to be able to sleep for me.
