The Woodlawn Village neighborhood of Panama City Beach Florida is just over the Hathaway Bridge(bridge between panama City and Panama City Beach,FL) off of Back Beach road. This community is one of the oldest communities of Panama City Beach, and offer Bay front and Canal front homes. There are also non waterfront homes in this neighborhood that are more conservatively priced, and as you might expect there is a wide range in home values. Woodlawn Village is a quiet neighborhood and has lots of large mature timber around the neighborhood and has a cozy feel. You are also in proximity of all the luxuries and activities of Panama City Beach, aslo minutes away from Panama City.
There is an Home owners association with this community but the association fees are only $12 annually.
The Public school zones for this area are Breakfast Point elementary,Surfside Middle and Arnold High Schools.
