Fernando, I think most selling markets are typically in the spring...it certainly is here. As for the disconnect between buyers and sellers I couldn't agree more!

Another area where inventory is low.  That is interesting about the timing between Buyers and Sellers.  I wonder if the market will every normalize.  Enough well-priced inventory on the market when buyers are looking....
